WORK EXPERIENCE
An Excellent Experience
I have been working in the field of community management for over 3years now. My first job was at a small company called Cathereum Realm NFT where I worked as a community manager for their project. I was responsible for managing all aspects of the site’s online community, including moderating forums, responding to user feedback and questions, and creating new content for the site. I also created and maintained relationships with other projects in the industry, which helped us to grow our community.After 7 months at cathereum Realm NFT, I moved on to another company called Codedforum Community There, I continued to work as a community manager, but I also took on additional responsibilities such as managing social media accounts and creating marketing materials. I also became more involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, which allowed me to gain valuable experience in other areas of business.
I am currently employed at Codedforum Community as a community manager. In this role, I manage all aspects of the project online community, including moderating forums, responding to user feedback and questions, and creating new content for the site. As a passionate community manager, I have worked with crypto projects in which I currently serve as the manager for Tekti project where I grew the community by 10% every month since I joined.
When I was at Gakky, our community members I was assigned to manage couldn't understand the project until I came on board and I demistified the project for them which improved their knowledge of the project. This singular act helped our ICO where we raised $600,000.
I am very skilled with project management tools like Trello. I work without supervision with Microsoft Excel which I use to analyze the posts on our community. This helps to understand what strategies are working and not.
